  • Currently, Speakapp is a Webapp accessible via laptop, desktop, and mobile browsers. It is not a downloadable application.
  • After signing up, therapists receive an email from Speakapp to verify their account. This verification must be completed

  • Therapists undergo a selection process. Once their profile is reviewed and approved by the Speakapp Admin, they are onboarded onto the platform.
  • No. Therapists must first create packages under the “Manage Packages” section before their profile becomes visible.
  • Yes, but the therapist must also update their Roster. Once done, their calendar becomes visible to parents for bookings.
  • From the Home screen, navigate to the “Roster” tab. This is crucial, as it determines availability for sessions.
  • No. Therapists have full flexibility to set multiple daily time slots and session durations based on individual needs.
  • Yes, general teaching materials are available to support therapists.
  • Yes, currently all materials on Speakapp are free to use.
  • Yes, therapists are encouraged to share effective teaching aids. If deemed suitable, Speakapp may procure them for the library.
  • No Show is applicable for both Parent and Therapist/Tutor. If the Parent fails to join the session, the therapist has to update the same as a “No Show” so that necessary action can be taken. Similarly, if the therapist fails to join the session, the Parent can mark the session as “No Show.
  • Yes. Speakapp evaluates the genuineness of the session and may take appropriate actions such as rescheduling, issuing warnings, or deducting payments based on the platform’s policy.
  • Sessions can be rescheduled from your dashboard before the session time. Speakapp recommends giving sufficient notice while rescheduling to maintain professionalism and trust.
  • Yes, you may offer custom pricing in special cases, however, the discount policy should be discussed and approved with the Speakapp Admin Team to avoid billing inconsistencies.
  • Feedback provided by parents post-session is visible in the Therapist/Tutor dashboard under “Session History” or “Feedback” section.
  • Yes. Speakapp supports uploading your own materials which can be used during sessions. All uploads are subject to review to ensure content quality and relevance
  • n case of technical issues, go to the “Help” section in the app, click on “Report an Issue,” and describe the problem in detail. The support team will respond within defined SLAs
