- How can the institution onboard through the Speakapp system?Onboarding in Speakapp is a simple process. The current version of onboarding is offline—leave your contact details through the form under “Institution” on our website. Our executive will reach out and guide you through the process.
- Who can be an admin for the institution?Anyone, as designated by the Institution.
- Does the admin of the institution have all the rights?
Yes. The admin has full rights to add, modify, or delete any records in the system.
- How to add a Therapist/Student into the system?The admin can go to the respective user’s page and add them.
- Are there any restrictions on adding Therapists/Students?No. The institution can add any number of Therapists and Students as per their requirement.
- How can an admin map Students to Therapists?While adding a student, the admin can map the student to a therapist using the “map to” dropdown option on the student add page.
- Should the school admin map therapist and student for every session?No. Speakapp allows you to map a student to a therapist once and then schedule sessions from the respective user’s page.

- Will the institution have access to the Speakapp library?Yes
- How to schedule the sessions?Therapists/Tutors can create a roster and coordinate with parents to book sessions. Additionally, the admin can schedule sessions from their login.

- Can an institution or school create a track record of the kid’s performance?Yes. Session history and appointment documents can be accessed under "My Schedule" in the user profile.
- Are task sheets portable amongst therapists?Yes. Tasks can be shared, tracked, reviewed, and progress recorded across therapists. These are visible under the Task Dashboard for both school and student.
- Can institutions communicate with students through Speakapp?Yes. Communication such as feedback is possible within the system, though notice board features are not currently available.
- Are the video sessions saved?The current version does not support saving video sessions. However, recordings can be provided at an additional cost if needed.
- How is the institution/school charged?There are various plans based on the number of users or sessions. Speakapp also offers custom plans tailored to specific institutional needs.
- What types of reports are available?Reports are generated for each Therapist/Tutor and can be accessed under the “Report” section in the Admin login.
