SpeakApp – Account & Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your SpeakApp account and permanently remove all associated personal data, follow the instructions below. This page applies to all SpeakApp users including students, therapists, and parents.
How to Request Account Deletion
Step 1: Send an email to support@speakapp.ai
Step 2: Use the subject line: “SpeakApp – Account Deletion Request”
Step 3: Include the following details:
- Your registered mobile number
- Your registered email address
- Your role (Student / Therapist)
- Confirmation that you want your account and data permanently deleted
What Data Will Be Deleted
The following personal data will be permanently removed:
- Profile details (name, number, email)
- All user activity logs
- Session schedules
- Progress records and reports
- Calendar entries
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Retention of Non-Personal Data
Certain non-identifiable system logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting. These logs do not contain personal information.
Processing Time
Your deletion request will be processed within 7–14 business days.
